立法院民進黨團為了杯葛核四公投，自上周四傍晚起，已連續多日占據議場。前行政院長謝長廷今（5）日上午11時30分，帶著觀音山產的青草茶，赴議場大門慰勞民進黨籍立委。
當謝長廷一出現，黨團總召柯建銘直問，「有沒有伴手禮？」、「沒送伴手禮來不能走！」謝長廷回答，「有飲料，是青草茶，有茶骨的，不錯喔！」
柯建銘笑說，「這次送得很對，之前都送錯，送肉包就吃太飽！」謝長廷表示，「送青草茶降火氣！」立委管碧玲立刻解釋，肉包是黨主席蘇貞昌送的。謝長廷忍不住笑了出來。
媒體追問，「肉包好吃嗎？」柯建銘馬上改口說，「很好吃！讓我們體能維持在最好的狀態！」
