張誌家肇逃判刑 服勞役折抵18萬罰金

前LA NEW熊投手張誌家，學習當廚師開店，重新出發，不過他在今年二月份，開車撞和一名大學生擦撞，肇事逃逸被判刑六個月，可以易科罰金18萬，但他卻申請改服社會勞役，目前已經到台中看守所整理帳冊，算算他必須在一年內，勞動滿一千一百零四個小時，才能執行完畢。

換上廚師服前職棒球星張誌家，當起鐵板燒學徒，還開店做生意。因為假球案人生掉到谷底，張誌家改行力圖振作，為下半輩子打拼，但他在二月份開車和一名騎摩托車的大學生發生擦撞，大學生身體多處挫傷，張誌家沒有下車查看，直接開車逃離現場。

據當事人描述因為發生事故後，他心裡感到害怕，才離開現場。事後雙方雖然和解，但肇事逃逸屬公訴罪，張誌家還是被判刑六個月，可以易科罰金18萬，不過張誌家沒有繳罰金，反而向地檢署申請改服社會勞役。據了解張誌家已經在這個月15號，到台中看守所報到負責檔案室帳冊歸檔，每次工作三到四個小時，換算他該服的刑責，必須在一年內勞動滿1104個小時，才算執行完成。至於他為什麼改服社會勞役，是因為繳不出罰金，還是有其他原因，張誌家上午沒有出現在店裡，員工表示他休假暫時無法出面說明。
