國軍第三作戰區官兵協助基市災後復原

（軍聞社記者郭家良基隆一日電）國軍第三作戰區今天派遣百餘名官兵前往基隆市北寧路，協助市府人員及民眾清理道路、水溝淤泥，復原當地百姓家園。

　位於基隆碧砂漁港旁的北寧路，緊鄰道路的山坡因受連日大雨影響，昨日發生土石滑落，大片泥沙、石塊覆蓋道路，阻礙交通，第三作戰區下午派遣陸軍關指部、海軍一三一艦隊、基支部、飛指部及基隆市後備指揮部等鄰近單位共計超過一百名官兵，攜帶土工器具、掃把等，前往該路段清淤、整理周邊環境，協助地方政府完成災後復原工作。

　第三作戰區表示，目前已要求各級單位密切注意雨量及地區災損狀況，各災防區指揮官主動與地方首長保持聯繫，必要時投入兵力、裝具，執行災害防救任務，保障國人身家安全。
