【綜合報導】美國加州大學柏克萊分校周一發生停電爆炸，至少4人受輕傷，校園內共有20人因停電被困在電梯，學校當晚全面停課，警方正在調查事故原因。

學校新聞發言人表示，初判是有人企圖偷盜學校地下電力系統的銅線而釀禍。
