台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，3日晚間以被告身分傳喚黃世銘，並以證人身分傳喚前總統府副祕書長羅智強。由於羅智強在偵訊結束離開時，遭到民眾嗆聲「拍頭」，羅智強感嘆說，「此時此刻的台灣，站在馬英九的對立面不需要勇氣，選擇和馬英九同一邊可能需要一點傻氣」。
立法院長王金平涉及為民進黨團總召柯建銘關說司法案在9月5日簽結，黃世銘卻在8月31日晚間約9點半前往總統寓所向馬總統報告這起案件，有洩密之嫌。
總統當天晚間10點半還找行政院長江宜樺、羅智強到寓所討論這起案件，因此檢方也以證人身分傳喚江、羅兩人。
偵訊後，羅智強透過臉書（Facebook）指出，他離開北檢時，有民眾對他有一些肢體上的觸擊、拍他的頭。
羅智強表示，民主社會中，人與人可能會有不同意見，但仍應互相尊重。「我知道我的意見可能不是站在多數的一方，也有心理準備，會面對一定的謾罵、羞辱」。
羅智強還說，「此時此刻的台灣，站在馬英九的對立面不需要勇氣，選擇和馬英九同一邊可能需要一點傻氣，但我還是會做我相信的事，說我相信的話」。
府方則以「基於偵查不公開，不評論」回應媒體對於偵訊的相關提問。
北檢也說，這4人的在偵訊中的說法，基於偵查不公開，不便說明。
