【突發中心／新北報導】恐怖9小時，原本是開開心心的去看夜景，沒想到卻受困9小時。
 
昨夜晚間受困情人塔的9名民眾，經由消防隊的救援下，在早上5時許已經全數救出，被救出的民眾都已經接受飯店的安排，在休息室稍作休息後，都已經全數返家。
