智慧手機盛行 日本痴漢激增

智慧型手機盛行之後，給日本帶來什麼後遺症呢？據日本警察廳統計，近五年以來，日本被揭發的偷拍案件激增，其中以使用智慧型手機偷拍的案例最多。

日本「朝日新聞」報導說，去年，日本全國被揭發的偷拍案件，有兩千四百零八起，與二○○八年相比，多出近一倍；而犯案器材，以智慧型手機為主。

日本「防偷拍」組織負責人表示，由於智慧型手機有許多軟體，讓用戶在拍照的時候，可以不發出聲音，因此在越來越多人使用智慧型手機的時候，偷拍也越來越盛行。

而為了防範偷拍痴漢，日本「名古屋」一間女子中學，乾脆就把女學生的裙子，改為「褲裙」省事。
