標題[討論] 拿到紙本Offer再抉擇或婉拒會得罪大公司?

小的最近公職沒上, 摸摸鼻子把104打開, 能做的工作都投履歷了. 結果意外被面試邀約瘋狂轟炸... 我是想說都先去看看, 拿到紙本Offer再抉擇. 跟朋友聊到時我也回答說到時可能先答應, 報到前再抉擇. 結果我朋友剛緊張的跟我說, 她老公叫我不要這個樣子, 會得罪大公司...(?) 她老公有GG六年資歷, 所以我覺得也滿有可能說的是真的. 可是我在板上爬文, 大部分的人都是先答應口頭Offer, 報到前再決定. 主管自己也知道吧!= = 很多公司都是長期徵人...找人來學學技術, 打聽情報. 應徵者自保也是很正常吧? 但我朋友緊張的口氣實在嚇到我, 難道我真的要在口頭Offer時就下定決心嗎? 可是我現在待業狀態, 多一分機會是機會... 規劃好的面試周就要開始了, 總覺得面試前埋上了一個陰霾... 難道我真的要在口頭Offer時就下定決心嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.160.143
