台南‧東區 東坡烤方 味道工坊 網誌：http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/101413899 地址：台南市東區裕豐街110號 GPS：120.13.37 22.59.8 營業時間：11:00-14:00; 16:30-20:30 公休日：周日 電話：06-2005377 消費時間：2013.10 價目表：網誌有 賣便當的多，但主打東坡肉的並不多見， 但位在裕豐街近裕農路交叉口的東坡烤方就是其中代表， 外面玻璃窗櫃內是一塊塊油油亮亮的東坡肉、蹄膀及碗裝的梅干扣肉， 燈光明亮，每次經過總會被吸引住。 店內有用餐座位，有電視，環境一般， 更後方是廚房，一旁有飲料桶可自盛。 點了一份東坡肉飯$80，若單點東坡肉是$60， 配菜是筍片、鹹菜及豆乾，白飯有澆鹹， 這塊東坡肉完全可以體會老闆"用生命在做東坡肉"的精神， 外皮泌出的香滑油脂，光看就猛流口水， 肉質烤的完全是不柴不老，入口即化，扒白飯三兩下就"堪溜"。 除了東坡肉外，醬燒元蹄、梅干扣肉也都很經典， 老闆對豬肉醬製料理的確有一套吶。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.143.48.105
