將來台參加台日交流賽的日本隊，4日公布了最後3人名單，分別是樂天隊嶋基宏、銀次、岡島豪郎。

日本隊將在8日至10日在新莊、天母與中華隊進行3場比賽，8日、9日在新莊，10日在天母。

日本隊完整的28人名單：

投手：井納翔一（橫濱DeNA）、大野雄大（中日）、松永昂大（羅德）、

野村祐輔（廣島）、益田直也（羅德）、小川泰弘（養樂多）、三嶋一輝（橫濱DeNA）、松葉貴大（歐力士）、高木伴（ＮＴＴ東日本）、大瀬良大地（九州共立大）、松田遼馬（阪神）

捕手：炭谷銀仁朗（西武）、伊藤光（歐力士）、嶋基宏（樂天）

內野手：川端慎吾（養樂多） 、梶谷隆幸（橫濱DeNA）、菊池涼介（廣島）、中田翔（火腿）、岡崎啓介（日立製作所）、浅村栄斗（西武）、今宮健太（軟銀）、岡大海（明治大学）、銀次（樂天）
