教部：文大解除胡志強董事不合法

台中市長胡志強從95年起擔任文化大學董事，今天傳出他因出席董事會議次數太低，遭校方解職。不過，教育部次長陳德華下午表示，依私校法，董事無故不出席董事會議連續3次，董事會可決議解除該董事職務，但胡志強缺席都有事先請假，並非無故不到。

陳德華說，且據教育部了解，文大也非經董事會決議，而是由董事長個人決定將胡志強解職，都違反相關法令；教育部已函請文大依法處理，不能違法解除胡志強董事職務，否則會鬧雙包。
