新竹縣周六、周日舉辦鹹菜節

新竹縣關西鎮促進產業文化發展協會今天下午赴縣府，說明安排23、24兩天，在關西提供民眾踩鹹菜、觀賞街頭藝人和表演，並提供鹹菜豬肉湯、豬血湯等料理，供免費品嘗。

協會理事長劉文禎說，關西鎮鹹菜甕嘉年華利用周休假日，連2天在關西第一停車場展開，除了鹹菜料理，也行銷仙草、蔬果、茶葉「關西三寶」，歡迎各界來賞玩。
