高興昌 今天完成減資

高興昌（2008）今天公告完成現金減資，每股淨值由減資前的13.59元，提升到15.53 元，營運體質調整後，獲利展望看俏。

法人指出，高興昌除了瘦身，並淘汰低效能的冷軋生產線，專注成為鋼管專業廠，鋼管的毛利相對較高，對營運有加分效果。

高興昌表示，資本額由42.38億元減資為27.55億元，每股淨值由減資前的13.59元，增加至15.53元，預計減資退還股款發放日以及新股票上市日期為102年12月27日。
