各位好，小弟近期獲得兩份offer，但很猶豫要怎麼抉擇 煩請各位前輩們給予一些建議 　　　　　 　　1　　　　　　　　　 2 公司　　　　頎邦科技　　　　　　群創光電 職稱　　 專案工程師 　　 整合工程師 廠別　　　　 力行廠 　　　　　　　總部 地點　　　　　竹科　　　　　　　　南科 薪資　　　　　 38k 　 　　　　　 35k 工時　　　　 常日班 　　　　　　 常日班 住所　　　　 住家裡　　　　　 　　租屋 弱弱的小弟我是114 CHEM，家住新竹，考量的點在於公司規模和發展性 頎邦規模較小但穩定，無論是股價或公司技術方面都相對安定 群創則是大規模公司，我是期待能在大公司內學到些什麼 不過群創的正式offer尚未正式下來，所以也還在掙扎 我對於兩份工作的興趣都很高，因為都是要導入新產品進製程 請各位前輩指點一二 非常感謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.112.85
