標題[請益] 離職在即，我應該選自我請辭或資遣？

大家好，第一次遇到這問題，不知道可不可以在這請益 如果不行，我會自刪的 事情發生在今天，我與老闆的誤會終於爆開了， 老闆也宣告我就做到下月中。小蛇薪資目前35K 他給我二條路 : 一，要我自請離職，說顧及我的面子，將給我70K，表示大家好來好去。 二，資遣，小蛇年資二年，以勞基法將可從公司拿到一個月薪資35K，老闆表示一切照勞基法走。 疑問 : 所謂的面子，是指未來求職時被問到我前一個工作被資遣而讓其他公司對我印象不好嗎？ 疑問 : 上面二種方案應該哪個比較好呢？我有考慮到申請失業補助金，但身邊朋友都沒申請經驗，我也不知道可不可以申請過關。 年關將近，我也知道將會是個長期戰，現在有點困惑且迷失方向... 想請問大家我該如何選擇，也很謝謝大家意見 PS : 小蛇目前卅歲，家住南部，目前工作是在台北的國貿業務，英文聽說讀寫全無問題。想回南部就近與家人相處，因此求職重心將在台中以下。謝謝大家 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 14.161.22.14
