櫃買中心審核上櫃公司第3季財報，根據相關每股淨值資料，漢磊(5326-TW)、新潤(6186-TW)，因每股淨值未低於票面，決議恢復融資券信用交易，但擎泰(3555-TW)、南璋(4712-TW)、撼訊(6150-TW)、九暘(8040-TW)等4檔，因每股淨值低於票面，決議停止融資券信用交易，均自11月22日起實施。

櫃買中心表示，根據有價證券暫停與恢復融資融券交易暨調整融資比率或融券保證金成數相關規定，完成上櫃公司第3季財報審核，能否恢復或暫停融資券信用交易，這波是以第3季財報每股淨值能否無回票面之上，作為主要審核依據。

櫃買中心表示，11月22日起，漢磊、新潤可恢復融資券，擎泰、南璋、撼訊、九暘等4檔暫停融資融券交易，但了結交易不受此限。
