我打手機只會打到家裡?有甚麼電信方案很省的?

我手機就只會打到家裡，不會打給別人，也只有我家人會打給我
請問有沒有甚麼方案呢??不管甚麼電信只要便宜就好....
看有沒有方案是講電話不到一分鐘免費的??

我目前用台灣大哥大300方案，太貴了，我也搞不清楚這方案幹啥的
