用便利商店的插座充電,算偷電的行為嗎??

在有附設休息區的便利商店位子旁邊還有設置插座，其實是並不允許用來讓手機充電。因為該插座是便利商店有作其他用電需求之用，並非是讓來店光顧的消費者們免費讓手機充電。若店員在屢勸不聽之下消費者還是硬要充電，店員就有合理的理由能報警處理有人偷電。
