標題[問題]WIN7 NT Kernel & System 硬碟持續I/O

各位先進好， 小弟最近新購入一台筆記型電腦 但是每次開機後硬碟都會不定時(不確切時間)不斷I/O 開啟資源監視器後發現似乎是NT Kernel & System (PID為4)持續讀取不特定的檔案 且會導致"磁碟活動 最高啟用時間"90%以上持續15到20分鐘不等 期間CPU使用量並沒有飆高 網路上查過的方案有 1.關閉磁碟自動重組 2.關閉索引 3.關閉還原點 4.縮小分頁檔大小(已減至1024MB) 但是依然沒有改善 安裝的防毒軟體是symantec endpoint protection12.1 不知道有沒有什麼辦法可以解決這類問題呢? 還請不吝指教，謝謝 附上電腦規格如下 ASUS K45VS Windows 7 企業版 64 位元 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz RAM 8.00 GB Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 DirectX 10 HDD 700G -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.118.219
