標題[討論] 輪班如何進修

想要請教的就是 輪班因為做二休二 加上加班 也就是做三休一 都是如何進修的 自己平常放假就是在查詢產業資訊 跟買一些能補充知識的書籍來看 不過就像是看新聞一樣 頂多只能了解 而無法能夠深耕 如要補學歷 一般都是適合常日班 有休六日的 職訓局跟學分班 同樣也是固定時間 自學效益畢竟跟產業實務有經驗與實際上的落差 我知道還有一種方式是 找某領域型的家教 指導 希望能聽聽看 類似的人是如何努力的 我需要具體的建議 跟執行方法 因為公司目前還算穩定的產業龍頭 所以不想直接放棄 只是產線輪班基層 學習真的有所侷限 興趣方向是 故事寫作 喜歡看產業新聞 跟3c科技 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.195.46.86
