檢察官涉殺人 寺方：尊重司法

（中央社記者程啟峰高雄7日電）台南地檢署檢察官顏漢文疑圖謀高雄金山寺寺產，勾結不法分子企圖殺害住持，因此遭到收押。寺方今天說，尊重司法。

檢方調查，顏漢文圖謀金山寺上億元寺產，勾結莊姓等嫌疑人分別以假車禍及槍擊，企圖殺害住持釋圓塵2次未遂，造成釋圓塵受傷。

位於高雄市立殯儀館附近的金山寺，上午陸續有媒體前來追問寺方回應，釋圓塵不在，寺方對這起案件強調「尊重司法」，釋圓塵不便接受採訪。

寺方人員說，不認識顏漢文，也未曾見他來寺走動，但相信媒體報導的案情屬實，也相信司法會還原真相。1020907
