服務業調查　首都客運奪總冠軍

【蔡惠如／台北報導】《遠見雜誌》舉辦的第11屆「服務業大調查」結果出爐，由首度列入調查的首都客運，獲得今年跨業態總冠軍，並有3個企業蟬聯該業態冠軍，分別是肯德基、安麗及全家便利商店，其中肯德基已四連霸，而「連鎖餐飲」類別冠軍鼎泰豐，則終結前2年由王品集團旗下品牌輪流稱王的紀錄。

《遠見雜誌》表示，本次調查時間為4月1日到9月10日，調查對象包括19個業態，共訪查283家業者或單位，計624個營業據點，數量再度創下新高，調查平均分數54.57分，比去年進步4.51分，今年還特別檢驗「政府機關服務窗口」的服務品質，抽測11種服務窗口，台北市戶政事務所以78的高分勝出，可謂公家機關的服務楷模，而歷屆調查結果，可發現有些業態的冠軍每年易主，像是國際航空、金融銀行、頂級休閒飯店、醫療院所等，沒一家連莊，表示和競爭對手的服務落差不夠。
