謝長廷籲：捍衛生存權　釋憲終結核四爭議

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】前行政院長謝長廷今在民進黨立委陪同下舉行記者會指出，人民有免於恐懼的自由，《憲法》保障生存權，但人民對核四充滿恐懼，呼籲大法官進一步解釋核四預算違憲，因為這是生存權的保障、環境權的保護。謝長廷說，核一至核三廠的興建，因人民沒有能力、知識、意識去探討抗爭，但是核四經過幾十年討論，國際間談到下一個核災都說是台灣，台灣現已面臨生存威脅。

民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘表示，沒有生存權時，談公投權、自由權、財產權都是枉然，呼籲重新檢討核四問題，由憲法解釋，才是解決爭議的唯一王道。綠委田秋堇也呼籲朝野立委，共同終結歷史共業。
