委內瑞拉國會同意 馬杜拉取得特別權力

委內瑞拉國會已經同意賦予委國總統馬杜拉多項特別權力。根據這些新措施，馬杜拉可在一年內未經諮詢國會即施行政策，馬杜拉簽署這項法案後，承諾壓住物價，同時全力展開反貪攻勢。（英國廣播公司20日電）
