哈米尼：已對伊朗核談設「紅線」

英國廣播公司報導，美國、英國、法國、俄羅斯、中國大陸和德國廿日在瑞士日內瓦，就伊朗凍核舉行新一輪的兩天談判。談判前，伊朗最高精神領袖哈米尼警告說，伊朗不會在核子權利上有所退讓。他表示不會直接干預凍核談判，但他已對伊朗談判代表訂定「紅線」。

與此同時，美國總統歐巴馬呼籲美國參議員，勿對伊朗施加新制裁，以提供外交折衝時間。他表示，伊朗凍核談判能否很快於一周、兩周內達成協議仍不明朗。
