【動新聞】林克穎英國被捕　可望引渡回台

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台、英司法互助出現重大突破！撞死送報孝子黃俊德的英商林克穎，被判刑四年定讞後易容逃回英國，上月台、英簽署「關於引渡林克穎瞭解備忘錄」，林男隔天即被捕羈押。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，林克穎去年冒用友人護照易容逃回英國，逍遙法外。我方即向英提出司法互助請求引渡。法務部接著透過駐英代表處派員緊盯林克穎行蹤，今年九月法務部次長吳陳鐶訪英，提供英國檢方高層林案判決書及林藏身蘇格蘭等訊息。上月十六日，台、英簽署「關於引渡林克穎瞭解備忘錄」並生效，英國警方隔天立刻將林逮捕，由愛丁堡地方法院裁定羈押。今天將續開羈押庭。法務部已透過英國檢方欲將林男引渡回台，林男最快半年將被引渡回台服刑。
