2013年09月06日 蘋果日報 【石秀華╱高雄報導】前金區成功一路上有一家已經營一甲子的綠豆湯老店，招牌卻沒有 店名，僅寫著斗大的「綠豆湯、薏仁湯」，夏天來一碗，果然清涼又消暑，老顧客說：「 喝綠豆湯對味，比記不記得店名來得重要。」 入口即化甜而不膩 這家綠豆湯老店位於成功一路近中正四路的一間矮房，記者點了一碗二十五元招牌綠豆薏 仁湯，老闆送上冰冰涼涼的綠豆薏仁湯，湯頭沒有薏仁芶欠後的濃稠感，綠豆和薏仁粒粒 飽滿、顆顆分明，舀一匙吃進嘴裡，卻入口即化、甜而不膩，入喉感到一股沁涼。 許姓老闆娘透露秘訣，「其實就是綠豆不能先浸泡在水裡，因為泡在水裡太久，綠豆吸水 熬煮後綠豆殼會散掉，就吃不到一顆顆的綠豆。」綠豆湯用滾水熬煮約四十分鐘，再悶鍋 一小時二十分，薏仁熬煮連同悶鍋得花三小時。 顧客徐小姐說：「常吃這家綠豆湯，夏天喝綠豆湯很舒服。」店內還賣紅茶、冬瓜茶，冬 天加賣湯圓，營業時間早上八時至晚上十時，開放式空間沒有冷氣，但炎夏吃完綠豆湯就 涼了。 你不知道的美食： 介紹在地人才知道的巷仔內好味道，鎖定小店或攤販，記者扮祕密客試吃，吃完再採訪 http://ppt.cc/1EFA -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.77.163
